Attracting Your Perfect Law of Attraction Relationship

Before we tackle the question of how to attract your perfect mate using the Law of Attraction, let’s first look at what you’re currently getting.

If you’re in a relationship then you’re definitely putting a vibration of relationship. If it’s the wrong relationship then there are qualities you’re emitting that displease you yet you’re still putting them out there into the universe. If however, you’re not in any sort of relationship then that is what you’re vibrating.

Your current reality is always a perfect match to what you’re putting out there to the universe. So if there is something you’re getting that is unwanted, you needn’t look any further as we’ve just found the source of it – it’s you!

Now your work is to figure out what it is that you do want from a relationship. Usually it is easier to figure out what you want by working out what you don’t want. Grab a sheet of paper and put a line down the middle. On one side of the paper list all of the qualities you dislike and then on the other side enter the polar opposite of what it is that you do want.

Very quickly you will be able to see what you’ve been putting your attention on and focusing upon. Now your work is to focus upon those positive qualities. You can do this as much or as little as is comfortable to you, you’ve just worked out what it is that you do want and the universe has heard you – what’s more, the universe is knocking itself out trying to yield it to you!

The ONLY way that your new positive relationship will not come to you is if you hold yourself in resistance to what you say you want. You cannot say you want something and then focus upon something that resists it. If you say you want this beautiful, fun loving new relationship but you focus upon the lack of it – you’re going to get the lack of it.

For those of you who are already in a relationship that is not what you want…
When you hold a vision of your partner being fun, happy, loving and all of those other qualities that you say you want them to be – that is the only person you can ever experience. Law of Attraction will not put you together if they are vibrating negativity and you know them only as positivity.

Practice seeing your partner just as you want them, see only their positive attributes and place no attention to any of the negative qualities. You never know, you may be looking for a relationship that has been there all along.

The Magical Forces of the Law of Attraction

Is the Law of Attraction too good to be true? Is it all hype and marketing? Or is there something magical about it that the masses just don’t grasp?

These are good questions and one that I feel confident in answering. I’ve been practising using the Law of Attraction to "manifest stuff" for several years now and I am still blown away by its accuracy and ability to yield to you anything one can desire.

I do feel there are limitations with using this mystical force, but those limitations are hold within us and not within the force itself. For example… If you’re a 60 year old man or woman and have the desire that you want to win Wimbledon, it just isn’t going to happen.

It’s not impossible by any means, but your own beliefs around being able to win that at 60 years old is very diminishing. Your expectancy of it happening is minimal and so the Law of Attraction responds to the signals that you feel and send out.

This is probably the main reason why the Law of Attraction gets such criticism.

When people *try* the so called steps in order to manifest some stuff, they do what they’re told to do, but don’t fully believe it will work. The Law of Attraction lines up with their beliefs and so no new manifestations occurs.

These people will then moan and cry about how it’s a marketing scam and that it’s a load of baloney.

I’m not here to change what people think, that’s up to them. What I can do though, is share what I’ve learned and practiced myself in order that others who have an active interest may learn from my experiences.

One of the easiest ways of manifesting that I’ve found is to feel good and get into a good mood. This doesn’t mean you must be a "positive thinker". Instead, it means that you should feel good about anything at all as much as possible.

When you raise your mood inside of you, your overall vibration raises. You’ll be sending out a signal of "I feel good" and so thoughts, people, places and circumstances of a similar vibrational frequency will be drawn to you.

In other words, if you feel good…  in that moment.

Far too often, I see people bumbling around the streets with their heads down, muttering words to themselves. Or if they’re not muttering out loud, then they’re lost in thought about how terrible things are. Things go from bad to worse for these people because they’re stuck in a negative spiral.

It’s easy to get out of, but it just takes a little work.

Are you prepared to get out of that cycle? Are you ready to change? Take me up on a challenge; feel good for one entire day. Do whatever you can to feel good for the WHOLE day. See how it feels, and see what happens in that day, then make up your mind whether you want to do this every day or not.

The Law of Attraction Report

You know recently I have been asking myself what the true meaning is behind perceptions such as the law of attraction or being in the now. I read a lot of material and I consider myself to be a research hog. The thing that I realized is that everything I have learned can easily be brought down to one simple truth. What does the law of attraction really tell us about ourselves? What is the underlying meaning of all this motivational hype? The answer has been in front of me this entire time without my awareness of it.

Although this is only my perspective I feel that the most important message to learn from all of this motivational stuff is to be a good person. Expect more for yourself and know in your heart your true worth. Nobody sets a value on your life but you. Nobody creates your reality but you. So if you create it then you should start making a conscious effort to change it if you are unhappy.

We can make the choice to be a better person. When we decide to do better for ourselves we inadvertently do better for humanity. We are more caring and loving towards the people in our lives. We can use negativity and pessimism as fuel for good, instead of letting it control who we are.

If we stop looking for excuses as to why we are not successful in life then we open the door to a world of endless possibilities. You can make it a difficult decision to be a better person. I know there are many times in my life when I have done just that but at the end of the day you have to ask yourself if you are satisfied with the outcome of your life. If you are unhappy you don’t need to make your life more difficult. You can decide right now to change for the better. Nobody is holding you back except you. We all have to face our daily challenges and we all have the choice to see life from a different perspective.

Take whatever works for you and make yourself a better person. You deserve to be in the light not hiding in the darkness. Take each adversity you have faced and turn it into the power you need to be successful in life. It’s really that simple! Tomorrow when you return to work, do so with a smile. Be kind to your boss and be appreciative of the job you hate. Try to see only positive aspects of the people around you. Do something nice for a stranger. When you start to believe you can live a better life you will become the influence that a child needs. You will be seen as a lucky person. People will look at you with admiration for what you have accomplished in life.

The and choosing to live each moment to its fullest is really your underlying purpose in life. We are only on this Earth for a short amount of time so stop waiting for something to happen and make it happen. Start appreciating each moment of your life and the rewards will be beyond your wildest dreams.

Abraham’s Law of Attraction – How to Create and Attract Your Dreams

Abraham’s Law of Attraction promises this: if you have the will, the universe has a way.

What you want, you can get simply by attracting it – this is one of the major tenets of Abraham’s Law of Attraction. And how do you attract it? Just by your thoughts. You know Abraham’s Law of Attraction is in action when what you focus on in your mind – good or bad – actually happens.

Finding this a bit hard to believe? Think back on your life – are there not instances where the person, event or thing you focused on actually materialized? Your thoughts are potent energy – and this energy attracts.

Abraham says, "We create our own experiencewith our thoughts." Whether you want it or not, whatever it is that you focus on or pour all of your mental and emotional energies into will definitely be yours.

Unfortunately, this also means that whatever you fear or worry about on an irrationally constant basis may likewise be created, thus, bringing about unpleasant incidences. Abraham’s Law of Attraction is unbiased and does not make a distinction between good or bad experiences. It will only give you the same kind of energy you put out, so be like Peter Pan and think only of happy thoughts.

2) Anything that you can imagine is yours to be, do, or have.

Whatever you desire, you create; and the Law of Attraction is the force that brings you what the universe provides. Rest assured, you can expect from it exactly what you yourself release. Again, if you can think it or conjure it in your mind, then it’s as good as yours.

3) You are choosing your creations as you are choosing your thoughts.

Thoughts and emotions are inseparable. You cannot have one without the other. In the same way that you interact with the universe, your thoughts and emotions impact one another.

Your thoughts are capable of eliciting certain emotions, depending on what it is you are thinking. Therefore, use your feelings and emotions from your positive thoughts as a guide to point you in the right direction so you know exactly what you want and exactly what you’ll get.

Your life right now is the result of all your previous thoughts. And your thoughts now will shape your life tomorrow. If you stay in a positive frame of mind and focus on all the good things – not the bad – you want to happen to your life, then Abraham’s Law of Attraction will allow you to create the best life possible.

Weight Loss and the Law of Attraction

If you could think your way into losing weight, would you do it? That power is within your grasp and it may be a lot closer than you think!

Depending on the circles that you run in, you may or may not have heard about a very powerful force in your life that is called the Law of Attraction. It’s powers are literally limitless and utilizing those powers is absolutely free of charge!

Who doesn’t want Unlimited Cosmic Power without even having to bust open their wallet?

I will start with a brief introduction to the Law of Attraction, and then I will get right into how you can use this universal power for something that a lot of people care about – losing weight!

In simple terms, the Law of Attraction basically states that "like attracts like". Whatever thoughts and feelings that you focus on the most will literally determine your future.

In fact, the Law of Attraction has already been working for you and every other life form in our universe since the beginning of time. However, only recently has education about its incredible power become readily available to the general public.

So how is it that the Law of Attraction can help you to lose weight? Simple – you just need to think about it! Sounds easy enough, right?

Well, it actually is just that easy, but an explanation of exactly how you are supposed to "think" will help you to understand this process better. You can then take that knowledge and use it to help you with your weight loss or fitness goals.

Earlier I said that the Law of Attraction has been working for all life since the beginning of time, which begs the question, "Then why haven’t I lost any weight yet?". In fact, that same question could be asked about pretty much any other goal that anyone has ever had. If all we have to do is think about something in order to bring it into our lives, then why aren’t we all rich, perfectly healthy, and living happily ever after?

The simple answer is that most people – without even knowing it – don’t really think about what they want. They think about the fact that they DON’T have it. Now, if you’ll go back briefly to the definition of the Law of Attraction – like attracts like – then you will see that the reason why people don’t have the things that they want is because all they ever do is think about NOT having those things.

This same concept applies to weight loss and health just as efficiently as it applies to everything else. A lot of people want to lose weight, but rather than think about how wonderful their life will be once they have lost the weight, they instead think about how miserable they are because they HAVEN’T lost the weight!

Think about it. If you need to lose weight, which of the following statements describes your thoughts/feelings when you walk in front of a mirror without any clothes on:

a)I am so sexy since I have my weight under control, and I have an unlimited amount of confidence. I can date anyone that I please and my biggest problem is deciding which little tiny piece of clothing to wear to the beach or the swimming pool.
b)I am so FAT! I can’t even stand to look at myself in the mirror, so how can I expect anyone else to want to look at me? I’ll be lucky if I don’t have to take my clothing size up another notch or two at the rate I’m going.

Now, be honest. Which one of those statements do you think comes closer to the way that people who need to lose weight think of themselves?

Once again referring back to the Law of Attraction – If you think miserable, sad, guilty, or low self-esteem powered thoughts, then the Law of Attraction will dutifully bring you more things to be miserable about. In fact, the more miserable you are about any particular subject – say, weight loss – the more powerfully you will attract more of the same since that is your primary focus.

So, the answer to utilizing the power of the Law of Attraction for weight loss is to simply stop thinking about your situation in such a negative manner! Start thinking positive thoughts, confident thoughts, and thoughts of happiness, smaller clothing sizes, and showing more skin at the beach.

When you successfully do those things, the Law of Attraction will start to move around the chess pieces that affect your life, and before you know it, you will have whatever it is that you need in order to finally get in shape.

It may come in the form of a free gym membership, a workout partner, a piece of home exercise equipment that you actually want to use, a new motivation to get involved in some sort of physical activity, or any number of other things that will put you on the path to weight loss.

Here’s the rub, though – You can’t sit around and get hung up on the details. Mike Dooley said it best in the movie ‘The Secret’ – "The How’s are the domain of the Universe!"

You don’t need to worry about HOW it is going to happen, you just have to feel the positive, confident emotions that will MAKE it happen. The Universe will then step in and show you the path!

Attracting Love with the Law of Attraction

A question that comes up a lot of the time is how to use the    to attract your perfect mate into your life. A lot of people have already identified the perfect person that they want, whereas others are still searching for that special someone.

The Law of Attraction is more than capable of bringing you a love relationship, but only if you approach it in the right way.

For those of you who have set your targets onto a particular person, there is a high probability that you will not actually attract this specific person into your life. That’s not to say that you don’t have any chance at it, but from what I’ve seen the Law of Attraction is here to match things together. Even if you’re so infatuated with another person, if they’re not in alignment with you then the Law of Attraction will not put you both together.

When you’ve fallen head over heals for someone, hearing the information above doesn’t always sound too helpful to your situation. I’d like to point out, that because you have your attention heavily focussed on love and you’re most likely experiencing the feelings of love, you are actually more likely to attract your perfect mate! You’re in the perfect position to manifest a relationship and anything else for that matter. The love energy circulating throughout your body is a lot stronger than when you are not in love with someone. You can probably feel it! And when you’re energy is amp’d up you’re manifestations occur much quicker.

Regardless of whether you are interested in a specific person at present or you are still searching, here is a powerful technique you can use to bring about your perfect relationship.

First, work out what it is you don’t want. Grab a sheet of paper and make a list of all the things that you really don’t want in a relationship. Then once you’ve done this, write down the polar opposite of your unwanted thing. Congratulations, you’ve just worked out exactly what you want in your ideal relationship! Next you’re going to spend time visualizing. Every time you enter your bathtub and have a nice soak, begin dreaming about your ideal relationship. Imagine walking hand in hand with your lover down the beach. Imagine dining out, taking walks, or talking lightheartedly until the sun comes up. The more involved you can get with this vision – the more energy you are hurling towards your desire and the quicker it will manifest.

See your thoughts like bubbles. Every time you think a thought it turns into a bubble and rises up into the air. This bubble can not be burst or broken. When you think a similar thought to another past thought, the bubbles are attracted to one another and link together to form one larger bubble. This is what is going on with your energy and your thoughts. Your thoughts have more power once you’ve given them your attention for just a little while.

Have fun attracting your perfect partner, and don’t forget to say thank you when he or she shows up unannounced!

Exercise For The Law Of Attraction

Law of Attraction Manifestation Exercise #13 – Find out How Much You Truly Value Yourself

One of the most exciting things I enjoy about constantly studying new books about the and Spirituality is that I literally learn something new everyday.

Even something I may have heard 100 times before can take on a new meaning to me, depending on the new place I am currently standing.

I have been studying the Law of Attraction now for almost 20 years, and there have been quite a few shockers along the way that have stood out in my mind.

The following exercise is one of them.

I had been studying for almost 10 years when I came across this simple exercise whose outcome quite surprised me.

After all those years of reading I had convinced myself I had a pretty good grasp on things.

I had started to learn that we all have the same exact right to be on this planet and that not one single one of us were better or worse than anyone else. We were all equal, we were all part of the I AM, the ONE and each of our presences on this Earth is just as important as the next persons.

I had started to learn not to take criticism others directed towards me personally because I realized they were coming from a different place than I was. Their opinion was just that – their opinion, and had no bearing on the life I was creating for myself.

I was even starting to realize that we are simply here to create whatever lives we desire to create and that whatever we created was perfect. There was no blueprint. No one hanging over us saying what is right and what is wrong.

In other words, if you would have asked me then if I loved myself exactly as I was and valued myself as a person, I would have answered with a unequivocal yes! Or at least… so I thought.

Because then I came across this simple exercise…and realized I had a lot more to learn.

Here is the exercise. Go up to a mirror, look at your reflection, tell yourself "I Love You" and see what your immediate gut reaction is.

A little corny…I agree. But a piece of cake, right?

That’s what I thought too when I first read about it. I even considered just blowing it off because it sounded like such a sappy exercise, but "something" told me to stop what I was doing and try it anyway.

So I did.

I went up to the mirror, looked at my reflection and said "I Love You." The words were not even completely out of my mouth when suddenly I deeply felt "No, I don’t!" I tried it again. "I Love You" – "No!… I don’t!"

"Your hair is a mess, when are you getting it cut? Look at those circles under your eyes, you look horrible! You are so lazy. I am not proud of you at all! When do you plan on paying those bills piled on your desk, what about the phone calls you were supposed to make? How can I love that?!"

My ego voice came through so loud, clear and nastily that I was stunned. Here I was, all "Miss Spiritual Awareness" and I couldn’t even say these three simple most basic words to myself in the mirror without a barrage of insults coming back at me.

And they weren’t very important ones at that! I was supposed to be seeing the bigger picture here, not "not loving myself" due to my haircut!

And that was when I realized how far I really still had to go regarding self-acceptance. Take about a lesson in humility! Here I was thinking that I was "mastering" this new outlook on life and then realized I had barely even begun to scratch the surface.

I still do this exercise every once in awhile to gauge how far I have come. And while I admit it has gotten a lot easier to say these words to myself and I can feel a much more loving feeling behind them, I am still not at 100% acceptance yet.

So if you want to discover how far you might still have to go, try this exercise for yourself. Remember it has to be in front of a mirror, you can’t just say it in your head — that’s cheating.

You will see a major difference when you are "facing yourself" with these words. After all, you can’t lie to yourself at the same time you are actually facing yourself.

And if anything negative pops into your mind like it did in mine, pay attention to it! It will give you some clues on what you need to address to love yourself more.

Also very important. If you feel a lot of resistance at even the thought of doing this exercise because it feels silly or uncomfortable to you – than that is all the more reason for you do it immediately. It means something is seriously hiding there that does not want to be looked at and the only way to begin to conquer it is head on.

It is said that you truly can’t love another unless you truly love yourself first, and I believe that to be absolutely true. And just think…you probably say these words to friends and family all the time. Don’t you deserve to hear it from the most important person in your life…You?

The Universal Law of Attraction Never, Ever Goes On Strike

There are numerous sources on the store bookshelves and the Internet that cover the topic of how our Consciousness shapes our reality through thought and feeling.

.. and it’s easy to glaze over it when you’ve read it over and over:

Like Attracts Like, and staying focused on a single goal gets you to that goal.

And what eventually happens after reading enough material on this, is that this constant re-hash of this principle of The Law Of Attraction can start to blur on your scale of importance. It just loses its position on your radar.

You might then make the mistake of seeing these Universal principles as merely: Inspirational and Feel-Good. The new ideas then start sounding old, and they get relegated to merely being something that promote a "Positive Attitude" and "something I will try out some day".

The Law of Attraction is always at work in your life every second of every minute. It doesn’t stop working just because you quickly make a mental note to "get back into these techniques" later, and then close a particular book you’re reading on these concepts.

You are an electromagnetic Being Attracting that which you ARE, vibrationally-speaking, all the time.

One of my favorite websites has concrete techniques that supercharge your clarity on a particular objective you have, and at times I will close my internet browser without doing anything, promising myself to use a particular technique later.

But it is faulty to expect that the Universal Principle – that supplies the power behind this technique – will "turn off" while I go about the rest of my day generating feelings of being a victim and thinking thoughts of being deprived of what I want.

It’s always "ON", and … Even If I *DO* faithfully immerse myself in positive feelings by doing a Gratitude List in the morning, if I then later that day silently wish that the next door neighbor’s new Infinite gets scratched so that I will feel better about not having one, what do you think my world will be like? That goes for all other thoughts of scarcity, jealousy, and judgements about others throughout the day.

So what I’m doing is basically applying the Universal Laws against me to a seriously detrimental and negative result. And this is what the vast majority of the people on this planet are doing: taking as evidence what they see in the current physical circumstances to prove what gifts that the gods decided they are worthy of receiving.

It is not an exaggeration to say that most people are in a Trance of believing that they are not the Source of their own environment and circumstances. They look for the Truth – outside in the material world – instead of inside themselves and in who are they are Being.

By "doing Life" this way, they are magnetizing more of this evidence, using their own allotment of the Infinite Power available to everyone.

Why not use this Power, consciously, to create a life worth waking up at 5 AM every morning for? There will never be an instance when a Cosmic "Judge" decides that you have been unconsciously creating your life for too many years, and that because of that, you have to wait for another chance, in another life somewhere, some other time.

It’s a dependable, immutable LAW that when you change Who You Are Being (through your vibratory thought frequency), even if you’re 115 years old, you begin attracting a new set of circumstances that match that new quality of Being.

If you are still alive with pumping blood, your Earthly life is being shaped by the frequencies of your thoughts, but more so the emotionally-carved beliefs that act as 24/7 thought- generators attracting those material equivalents.

Ironically, you are so Powerful, as a Spark of the Divinity that Are, you could actually decide to believe that you are unworthy of receiving the gifts available from this Invisible Source.

In summary, knowing that you have the unlimited power to create your circumstances, is a good first step. Living these principles, however, will transform your world.

If we understand Cause and Effect, can we change the Cause and change the Effect on our lives for the better?

For every effect in your life, there is a cause, or series of specific, measurable, definable, identifiable causes.

We all know someone who is a Law of Attraction intention manifest master, someone who, seemingly understands the Law of Attraction success principles and with ease appears to have everything they want, usually people who we’ve thought, much more fortunate than we were.

The Secret Law of Attraction Guide says, ‘we attract to our life what we give our focus, energy and attention to’.

So are these people deliberately attracting a better lifestyle or not?

For those of us who have applied our attention, energy and focus on without, we are still using Cause and Effect, it’s just that our attention has been focused in the wrong direction.

This Law says that if there is anything you want in life, an effect that you desire, you can find someone else that has achieved the same result or effect, and that by doing the same things that they have done, over and over you can eventually enjoy the same results and rewards.

However, Cause and Effect cuts in both ways. It also says that if there is an unwanted effect in your life, whether it’s no money, bad relationships, unsatisfying career, or any other difficulty, you can trace that effect back to the things that you have done to cause it and that by removing the causes you can begin to remove the effects, sometimes as quickly as overnight.

>From this moment on, using Cause and Effect to attract abundance and prosperity, will be down to your knowledge, not be down to luck.

As with any skill you will need to practise affirmations, law of attraction visualization, and law of attraction exercises like powerful manifestations to attract those things you desire. And I mean practise, I can tell you how to play the piano, but I can’t make you practise, I can not give you the determination to keep trying this until you make it work.

I’m reminded of a lesson I was once taught, "Intelligence is not the secret of success, as I know many disillusioned intellects, skill is not the secret of success, as I know many talented failures, but persistence, is the only way to succeed"

Although some of us are better at certain skills, that doesn’t mean the rest of us, with practice, can’t improve or even surpass the talent expressed by another.

Grasping a better understanding of the process of Cause and Effect and the Law Attraction, is the first step in attracting abundance and prosperity to manifest your dreams.

Success, however you define it, is not an accident. It is not a result of good luck versus bad luck. Even if you have not taken the time to clearly identify how you got from where you were to where you are today, there have been a series of specific steps that you have taken that have brought you to where you are at this minute. And the fact is, they could have brought you to no other place.

You have used Cause and Effect to bring you to where and what you are now. It has been your choices and your decisions over the months and years that have inevitably determined the condition of your life at this moment.

The most wonderful part of this is that at any time you can start making different choices and different decisions, taking different steps and you will inevitably arrive at a different place than where you are today.

In it’s simplest terms, successful, happy, healthy, prosperous people are those that have discovered the laws that govern our lives and have designed their lives so that they are in harmony with those laws. As a result, through Cause and Effect, they experience far more joy and satisfaction, and accomplish far more in a few years then the average person does in a lifetime.

The Law of Attraction is commonly associated with wealth creation. This is a misconception. These laws are the defining principles that govern every aspect of your life; relationships, family, business and health.

When ever you need to succeed the Law of Attraction and your mental attitude will define the level of your success, or indeed failure.

Cause and Effect is this – ‘thoughts are causes’ and ‘conditions are effects’. Your mind is the most powerful force in your universe. A man becomes what he thinks about most of the time.

You are, where you are and what you are, because of your habitual ways of thinking.

Your thoughts are creative, and they ultimately create your reality. So if you change your thinking, you change your life.

‘whatsoever a man soweth, that also shall he reap’, whatever you are reaping today is a result of what you have sown in the past.

This is a summary of a chapter from Charles Haanal’s Master Key System, called Reversing the Process from Cause to Effect.

‘You will see that every conceivable force or object or fact is the result of mind in action.

Mind in action is thought, and thought is creative. Men are thinking now, as they never thought before. Therefore, this is a creative age, and the world is awarding its richest prizes to the thinkers.

Matter is powerless, passive, and inert. Mind is force, energy, and power. Mind shapes and controls matter. Every form which matter takes is but the expression of some pre-existing thought.

But thought works no magic transformations; it obeys Natural Laws; it sets in motion natural forces; it releases natural energies; it manifests in your conduct and actions, and these in turn react upon your friends and acquaintances, and eventually upon the whole of your environment.

You can originate thought, and since thoughts are creative, you can create for yourself the things you desire.’

Whether it is called Cause and Effect, the Laws of Attraction, the Power of Positive Thinking, Powerful Intensions or simply Sowing and Reaping, they all follow universal principles that have existed since the beginning of man on this earth.

All success, happiness and high achievement comes from organizing your life in conformance with these Cause and Effect principles. When you do, you will achieve satisfaction and enjoyment at levels seldom experienced by the average person and of course, people will start to refer to you as lucky.

We should be aware, but never ever dwell on the negative, as the principle of life and metaphysics that is embodied in the law of attraction, that is that you get what you think about; your thoughts determine your destiny.

To utilize the Law of Attraction you need to understand the principle of Cause and Effect, the following is a short 3-step process:

Ask: Ask what you want in an object/scenario context

Believe: Maintain Focus; the universe will answer

Receive: Do not hesitate when the goal is manifested; seize it without hesitation.

Sounds simple enough doesn’t it?

Ask – What could be easier, however as we have already discussed, this is not as simple as that. To ask will involve positive visualisation techniques, possibly words of affirmations, vision boards or meditation. Whatever technique you use the art of asking is being accurate and specific.

Believe – One of the hardest principles to get hold of, to believe, not to doubt in any way whatsoever. When we look at the possibility of Attracting the winning lottery numbers, in principal that’s fine, but can you submit you’re numbers and without any shadow of doubt know, hand on heart, that you have the winning ticket? Doubt Blocks.

Receive – Now that must be simple? Mind you has opportunity ever presented itself to you, which, in hindsight you wish you’d taken? Seize it without hesitation but with gratitude.

These methods are great for getting started but you really need to gain full control over your subconscious, to really see the power of positive thinking.

In order to find the  and to assist the law of attraction, its important to move to the next level os awareness.

You’re in luck! By using my meditation you will undoubtedly manifest things more quickly and also experience more enjoyment when meditating.

Meditation is commonly mistaken for some mystic ritual or associated with monks and highly religious individuals. In my opinion, if you’re not meditating then you’re not connecting with your inner-being which means you will always have a partial detachment from the power that is natural to you.

When you focus your mind on something repetitive you automatically begin to quieten your mind which is the same as saying you are meditating. You reach a similar meditative state when you’re watching the television or listening to music. Your attention is in one place only and that is all meditation is. The difference is that when you purposely meditate, you are relieving your body and mind of many other constraints that it would normally be dealing with if you are watching television or listening to music. Once relieved of these, you can slip into a deeper state of concentration.

Find a comfortable area that you may sit quietly and will not be disturbed. It’s best to unplug the phone and turn off your mobile when you’re meditating to avoid all distractions. You can meditate in any position you like as long as your spine and head are kept straight in a vertical line.

Next, close your eyes and start to notice your breathing. Take a couple of deep, but slow, relaxing breaths in and out. Focus your mind on breathing and nothing else. When thoughts and images come into your mind (and they will) just release them and do not give them your attention, focus only on your breathing. Do this for about 5 minutes.

When you feel comfortable to begin, start to visualize what it is that you want. Is it a new home? A different lifestyle? Or a new relationship? Start to think and dream about what it is that you want.

Really get into the feelings of the visualization and enjoy the moment. Live it just for a few minutes whilst you’re in your meditative state. Think only about what it is that you want and pay no attention else where. For just a few moments, believe that what you are seeing in your mind is already yours.

Don’t worry if you don’t believe it at first, just keep practising the thought and visualization until it becomes a very familiar environment to you.

Once you’ve visualized all of your desires for about 20 to 25 minutes you can then gently bring yourself out of the meditation and feel good about yourself for completing masses of work in those 25 minutes!

Repeat this meditation for the rest of your life. No seriously, why wouldn’t you want to keep doing something that has two marvellous effects …

It brings you more joy and you’re moving yourself one step closer to your desires every time you do this meditation.

This meditation is one the most powerful manifestation techniques that I’ve ever come across. As simple as it may seem, the rewards that you will reap from doing it everyday are insurmountable.
